Acceptance

By accessing or using Malfoid Chat, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Malfoid Chat is an entertainment product that provides AI-generated conversation with a fictional character. You are interacting with an AI character, not a human.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Malfoid Chat. The character is portrayed as an adult. The service is intended for non-explicit entertainment and does not permit sexual content involving minors or school-age depictions.

Account

Access requires signing in with a Google account via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to that Google account secure. Use the same Google account for purchase and chat so entitlements can be restored.

Purchases and exchanges

Malfoid Chat sells one-time message packs processed through Stripe Checkout. There is no subscription. Current packs include:

• Curious — 100 exchanges
• Intrigued — 300 exchanges
• Obsessed — 1,000 exchanges

An exchange means one user message paired with one successful AI reply. Failed generation attempts should not permanently consume an exchange. Packs may be purchased more than once. Remaining exchanges do not expire while the service continues to operate and your account remains accessible.

Prices shown at checkout come from Stripe and may change for future purchases. Credits already granted for completed purchases remain subject to these Terms.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for unused exchanges, dissatisfaction with AI replies, or change of mind.

Exception: if your payment succeeded but exchanges were never credited to your account (failed delivery), contact support@malfoid.com with your Stripe receipt or checkout details so we can investigate and credit the purchase or otherwise resolve the delivery failure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, harass, or attempt to disrupt the service or other users
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access beyond normal use
• Bypass paywalls, manipulate entitlements, or misuse payment systems
• Use the service for illegal activity or prohibited content
• Misrepresent the AI character as a real person or claim endorsement by any rights holders

Unofficial status

Unofficial fan entertainment. Not affiliated with any film, book, or franchise rights holders.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided “as is” for entertainment. AI responses may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unavailable. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, specific conversational outcomes, or continued availability of any character portrayal.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Malfoid Chat and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms, change features, or suspend or end the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons.
